1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the vpbet platform and all related services. By accessing the vpbet website or creating an account, you are legally agreeing to these Terms.

These Terms define the rights and responsibilities of both vpbet ("we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our service.

vpbet operates as a secure and reliable online gaming platform. We use SSL encryption technology to protect users' information and transaction security.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To create an account or use the services on vpbet, the following eligibility conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must register under your own identity — registering on behalf of another person or under a fictional identity is strictly prohibited.
• One person may operate only one account.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in your jurisdiction.

vpbet may request additional documentation at any time to verify age or identity. vpbet reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.

• Each member may create only one account.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep account login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the vpbet support team immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.

Emails sent by vpbet will always come from the address [email protected]. Any contact made in the name of vpbet from a different address may be fraudulent.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

vpbet processes deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals can currently be made via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Source of Funds

The member must confirm that the funds deposited come from a legal source. In the case of suspicious transactions, vpbet reserves the right to conduct an investigation and place transactions on hold.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion fee at the applicable rate may apply for transactions in other currencies.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

vpbet runs various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each offer has specific conditions that the member must follow.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

• A bonus may only be used on specified games or sections.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically approved.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, vpbet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• Each promotional offer has a specific validity period — unused bonuses are automatically cancelled after expiry.

5.3 VIP Programme

vpbet's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to higher tiers — Bronze tier offers up to 0.3%, Silver tier up to 0.7%, and Gold tier up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Regularly active players may be automatically promoted to a higher tier.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

vpbet believes in fair play. All gaming outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

• Live casino games are operated in real time through professional dealers.
• All rules relating to sports betting markets are published separately.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal result, vpbet reserves the right to void that round.
• vpbet is not liable if a game is interrupted mid-session due to connection issues or internet disconnection.

Once a betting transaction is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless vpbet takes action on its own in specific circumstances.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vpbet platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage from bonuses or promotional offers.
• Using software, bots, automated tools, or other technology to attempt to influence games.
• Colluding with other members to gain unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Placing bets on events where match-fixing allegations exist.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving in an abusive manner toward vpbet staff.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors in the system.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

vpbet may temporarily or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Extended period of account inactivity.
• The member's own request.

Before closing an account, vpbet will make reasonable efforts to notify the member. However, in cases of fraud or security risk, immediate action may be taken without notice.

If a member wishes to close their account themselves, they can contact [email protected]. Any legitimate funds remaining in the balance at the time of account closure will be returned once applicable verification is complete.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vpbet is not liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or server errors.
• Financial loss caused by the member's own negligence or error.
• Issues caused by third-party activities (payment providers or internet service providers).
• Indirect losses resulting from the service being temporarily unavailable.

Gambling involves financial risk. vpbet is never liable for a member's gambling losses. Members play at their own risk and bear full responsibility for their own decisions.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

• Member data is used for operating and improving the service.
• Member data is not sold to third parties.
• Member data is not disclosed to any external body except where required by law.
